The latest opus from rising talent Melbourne Drum Authority transports some of that Aussie sunshine to your ears full living colour. Taut dream breaks propel an ever-evolving melange of vintage synth noodles, jazzy Rhodes chords, rubbery bass, guitar licks and soulful samples. In the second half, an arpeggiated bassline stutter flips the script once again and ensures things are spicy throughout.
